Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its systems, interfere with its operation, scrape or copy it in bulk by automated means, or use it to transmit anything harmful, unlawful, or misleading.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, video, graphics, text, logos, and other content on the Site are owned by me or used with permission, and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. Content featuring client brands, products, or people is shown with the permission of the client and remains subject to their rights.

You may not copy, download, reproduce, edit, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without my prior written permission. Viewing the Site, and sharing a link to it, is welcome.

Services and Client Work

Information on the Site about my photo and video services is for general informational purposes and is not a binding offer. Any project is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or estimate signed or accepted by both parties. If these Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls for that project.

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, I retain copyright in the work I create, and clients receive a license to use the final deliverables as described in their agreement. I may display completed work in my portfolio, on social media, and in promotional materials unless a client and I have agreed otherwise in writing.

Inquiries and Communications

When you submit a form, email, or message through the Site, you agree to provide accurate information. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate either of us to enter into a project. By contacting me, you agree that I may respond using the contact details you provide. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the Site's forms.

Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may contain links to, or embedded content from, third-party websites and services such as video hosts and social platforms. I do not control and am not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. I do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. My total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable project agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by my Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected and used.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Duval County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in effect.
